Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the damage with the saber is not made aware to Saber Hutt within the first 7 days, then the saber is considered used and will NOT be accepted as a faulty product. The customer must provide acceptable image or video evidence of the issue stated by the customer claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Delivery to remote/temporary addresses in not allowed. We do NOT give refunds for orders not received on these addresses. Sometimes delivery can take a bit longer than expected hence why we do not allow delivery to addresses where the customer lives for a short period of time. Ordering on a remote/temporary address can revolve into not receiving your order and not receiving a refund.
Non-USA Return Policy
Due to the cost of shipping outside of the USA, there is a $50.00 USD charge required to return or exchange your product for all orders sent to any addresses outside of the United States of America.
If the customer wishes to exchange the product, they can begin the process by emailing email@example.com. The customer must ship the product to return address at the bottom of the page. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in the case of the exchange. If the product that the customer is exchanging is more expensive than the original product, the customer must pay the difference in price between the two. On the contrary, if the desired saber is cheaper than the original saber, Saber Hutt will compensate the customer for the difference in price. The exchange process must begin within the first 14 days of the saber being delivered. The original saber must not be damaged in any way and must be shipping in the original packaging with all originally included items.
All refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving any product from Saber Hutt.
Once the request is made with the proper documentation, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your item has already been shipped or received you need to send it back to our return address to be able to get a refund. All costs made in the return process need to be paid by the person sending it back (you).
If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we (Saber Hutt) will accept full responsibility of all shipping costs related to the return and provide a shipping label via email for orders within the United States. If the customer is returning a product from outside of the United States, please see the "Non-USA Return Policy" section above. If the customer is returning the saber NOT due to an error of Saber Hutt's (for example, they decided they did not want the product within the 14 day eligible return time frame), then the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty if we haven't started production! You must cancel your order before production has started. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund. We move things pretty fast here to ensure you receive your lightsaber quickly! If order has been shipped, there is payable fee to change shipping address. Please keep that in mind before placing your order !
