The lightsaber is totally awesome and deserves 5 stars... unfortunately communication with Saber hutt is seriously disgusting. I tried about 4 times to contact saber hutt via email and their website and to date no body has contacted me back with regards to the issue. I purchased the saber 35 days ago.. This is concerning.

The lightsaber is fantastic. Got the Xenopixel and it was everything I was looking for. All the colors and effects! My husband LOVES it. The only issue I had was that it was a Christmas gift to him and the saber didn't come with an outside box (just the product one with the pictures on it). So, he got home first and it kind of spoiled the surprise. The product is amazing though!

The saber is good, but I ordered over $100 in accessories and never received it all. I’ve contacted their customer service Email over a dozen times over the course of two weeks and I’ve gotten absolutely no response. So now I am left. Wondering how do either get my products that I bought or my money back. Since they don’t reply to you, it really doesn’t leave you many choices but to have to get a third party involved. Because of this, I don’t consider it safe to do business with this company.

The guy we spoke to was so nice to us and handled all questions. The product worked so well, but had a bit of a learning curve, which is because there is SO MANY FEATURES

This saber is amazing! The packaging was in tact and presented very fast! tons of applications and customizations. I think that I will probably buy another one from them soon. I want to try th proffie because the xenopixel was amazing, and I hear that proffie has more features in it.
