This saber is amazing! The packaging was in tact and presented very fast! tons of applications and customizations. I think that I will probably buy another one from them soon. I want to try th proffie because the xenopixel was amazing, and I hear that proffie has more features in it.

Proffie - Neopixel Sabers
The highest-tier pixel saber is our Proffieboard Neopixel saber. This saber uses the same style of LED strips as our Xenopixel blade, but with even more features than the Xenopixel. This board, while more difficult to program, allows much higher customization in sound, blade effects, and overall features.
Xenopixel Sabers
This budget-friendly Pixel saber option is our XenoPixel Saber. This saber uses LED strips inside of the blade to produce light. Because of the style of lighting, this blade is slightly less durable for dueling, but has a more night and evenly lit blade. It also allows for customization in the sound and some blade effects.
Base Lit Sabers
The most budget-friendly option will be our Base-Lit Saber. This saber uses a high-powered LED at the base of the hilt, which shines through the blade to produce light. This is our combat-ready, dueling style saber and as a result, offers fewer customization and blade effect options compared to our Xenopixel or Proffie sabers.

The lightsaber is totally awesome and deserves 5 stars... unfortunately communication with Saber hutt is seriously disgusting. I tried about 4 times to contact saber hutt via email and their website and to date no body has contacted me back with regards to the issue. I purchased the saber 35 days ago.. This is concerning.
My Husband LOVES IT
The lightsaber is fantastic. Got the Xenopixel and it was everything I was looking for. All the colors and effects! My husband LOVES it. The only issue I had was that it was a Christmas gift to him and the saber didn't come with an outside box (just the product one with the pictures on it). So, he got home first and it kind of spoiled the surprise. The product is amazing though!
Nice saber….No customer service
The saber is good, but I ordered over $100 in accessories and never received it all. I’ve contacted their customer service Email over a dozen times over the course of two weeks and I’ve gotten absolutely no response. So now I am left. Wondering how do either get my products that I bought or my money back. Since they don’t reply to you, it really doesn’t leave you many choices but to have to get a third party involved. Because of this, I don’t consider it safe to do business with this company.
